Melia Ranch HOA accepts the following forms of payment for the annual assessments each year.
Available Payment Methods
Melia Ranch annual assessments are $495 per year for all members and is due on January 1st of each year.

Online Payment
We accept the following online payments; for online payments processed through Square you’ll receive an invoice to your email. For payments made via Zelle you’ll get confirmation via your Zelle account.

3.1% processing fee; total is $510.34
– ACH
1.1% processing fee; total is $500.44
